The tires on my vehicle have a 60000 mile warranty. With less than 23800 miles on my tires, the service dept. informed me that they had severe tread depth wear and needed replaced. They said GM would pick up a majority of the cost. When the service was done they told me my portion of the cost would be $417.28. I asked for a print out of total charges and a break down of what GM paid and my portion. He told me that GM wouldn't allow it? More
