Two days for two tires what the xxxx is wrong with harolds?? You used to be a pretty decent dealership, but the last four years you’ve missed important aspects on every single job I’ve given you. harolds?? You used to be a pretty decent dealership, but the last four years you’ve missed important aspects on every single job I’ve given you. The van completely undriveable when it was returned to me ( I had to go elsewhere to have issues corrected not one wheel weight on either front tire. ) REALLY?? .. then there’s the buzzer repair you guys did a while back. The repair lasted about an hour and you had the van over a week. I had to take it to volunteer Chevrolet in sevierville Tennessee they replaced the correct sensor in about an hour.. now let’s talk about my pickup truck ( what a xxxxing disaster you had the truck for months. Look at your service records) still doesn’t shift properly EVER ! Your service staff says there’s no problem however three other transmission shops say and I quote ( this transmission should have been replaced under warranty. ) now let’s talk about the sunroof leaks. 1 you didn’t ever reinstall the weather stripping around the Interrior side making the cover door completely non functional, nor was the leak issue resolved. So not only this truck cannot be driven but it can’t be left outdoors because it still leaks.. Your dealership has to be the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with.. and the service writer who I have had to deal with has the attitude that he hates his job and doesn’t give a xxxx about your customers. I would like to speak with the OWNER not the service writer, not the absolute xxxxxx gen manager the Owner and ask him how this careless work is considered acceptable.. More
