Friendliness is a 4 star but as far as taking care of customer and following up that is 1/2 star. Bought a truck, had to keep calling to find out delivery, delivered truck without tool box (still waitin customer and following up that is 1/2 star. Again looks as if I will be having to call and initiate these issues because I am not getting any info about these issues that were relayed to more than 1 person.
