I was treated real nice and friendly. When I went to pay for my oil change, I was told the total exceeded $51.00. I had a $10.00 off coupon and I was told that the price of the oil filter was higher than no for my oil change, I was told the total exceeded $51.00. Friendly staff, I didn't feel too much pressure. They did work w/me on price a bit; but not too much. Car was really clean. They did say that it went through the 172 point inspection.
