I found the truck I was interested in online. Cedric called me back and answered questions in a very consultative manner. His professionalism gave me the assurance I needed to drive 2.5 hours to evaluate the truck in person. During the test drive, we identified that an aftermarket alteration to the wheels caused a rubbing in the wheel well. Cedric and the team at Harlolds quickly problem solved. Ultimately, they worked with a third party specialist to get the truck to the condition I felt necessary for purchase. We agreed to a fair price and they handled the issue promptly. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Harolds as the next place you should buy your vehicle. They went the extra mile to make sure my experience resulted in a good experience. More
