Greg Clark of Hare Honda went above and beyond to find a vehicle suitable for my disabled child. It was important that it be very dependable. It also needed to be handicap accessible. Absolutely garbage service from their service department. Made an appointment to have my AC looked at under the extended warranty. Dropped off the night before. Never received an update on day 1, despite calling several times. Had to miss a day of work. On day 2 it took several additional calls to finally get in touch with the service tech at 2PM and he said they had just started working on the car and they would not be able to get it done by the end of the day. Told them to stop working on it. Broken AC is better than not having a car for three days. I'll never do business with them again. More

There is no rating low enough--have spent thousands and thousands and more thousands (they often pressure you to leave car and then call with more costly stuff to "repair"). I made an appointment for recall service, called to confirm and when i reached the dealership, they were unwilling to do the service or even check if they had the required part. They threatened to not release the car to me if they started (I don not think that is legal). Would give lower then zero stars. More

I bought a new Honda from this dealership. Allen gave me less $5000 saying my used Honda wasn't worth it then he resold it for on the lot for $12,600.
