Rude and unprofessional sales associate. He berrated me for asking questions, then refused to answer my questions. He spoke poorly of other dealerships, told me I was incompetent, and gave me an outrageous for asking questions, then refused to answer my questions. Bait and Switch pricing They had a Civic Type R advertised at a discount. I received a call from the dealer and told the car was available. I said I wanted to purchase. They said great and then quoted MSRP when I sent the $ quote that I received from them earlier they then said no can't do the price and the car even thou we told you it was available is no longer for sale but we have another on the way at Full retail. More Than Could Be Asked Westin took care of my wife upon her arrival. He mentioned that it could take several hours. She indicated that she had to be done by 2PM due to tak Westin took care of my wife upon her arrival. He mentioned that it could take several hours. She indicated that she had to be done by 2PM due to taking me to Cancer Treatment. He not only got her done in an hour without an appointment, but comp'd her service bill. He then went on to Comp my son's service bill who was also there for service on his car. Westin told my wife that she too much already to worry about and the to just take care of my needs. There is NO WAY that act could ever be repaid. I did actually make her cry because of his kind act. Thank you so much. More

However, you can get the above mentioned in many other dealerships as well. What differentiates a dealership is its ability to make things easy for you and give you the best out of the budget that you have chosen to go with and to provide you the best customer service possible. I am a PHD. Student and I also work full time so I have to make time in order to carry out any additional activity ( like looking at cars etc.). I also I am a first time car buyer so I was scared and trying to keep a control on my budget. I went into hare honda and was assigned to “jimmy”. At first he read me well. He showed me cars that were in and out of my budget. When we walked out into the parking lot he showed me a two door Honda Accord EX-L which I test drove and fell in love with. After two hours I was ready to ask for a decent price. I googled and it turns out that the price was over the market value it was being offered at in second hand market. So I bargained. At first they said let’s see what we can do. I appreciated the fact that they were at-least taking a look into it. Three hours passed. I talked to a manager, another manager and waited. 4 hours passed, jimmy comes back and tries to convince me to buy the car. 5 hours pass, they tell me that I can’t finance the car and that by end of 8 months I need to pay all my dues. They say it’s gonna cost approximately 3000$ f Per month. Then... the finance guy walks in and gives me numbers for leasing a new car which 35k and waaaaaaay out of my budget. I was ok still and patiently dealing with the situation even though my time was wasted with all this hassle and lies. The ending of this situation was the climax and it got me to hate hare Honda. Jimmy the sales guy had the audacity of telling me that “just because you want it doesn’t mean that you will get it”. I just blinked. Is that how you should talk to a customer who just spent 5 precious hours with you? After you trying to dupe the xxxx out of the Situation by trying to sell a new car? Is that how you treat your customers...? By telling them that they can’t get they want after spending hard earned money ? I literally loathed him for saying that to me because I sure as xxxx was getting what I want. The next day he calls me. I repeat the same price to him and he repeats the same xxxx to me “just because you want it doesn’t mean that you get it”. So I guessed that’s what Hare Honda’s motto should be. I turned my eyes towards Enterprise car sales instead. Their service was much faster and easy. I mean anything compared to this xxxxty experience would be good I guess but I definitely would discourage anyone from walking into this location. More
