It was SO WORTH it to drive from Greenfield to Avon In. I would give him all 10's in all categories. The weird thing was Honda didn't send us a survey to fill out. However, you can get the above mentioned in many other dealerships as well. What differentiates a dealership is its ability to make things easy for you and give you the best out of the budget that you have chosen to go with and to provide you the best customer service possible. I am a PHD. Student and I also work full time so I have to make time in order to carry out any additional activity ( like looking at cars etc.). I also I am a first time car buyer so I was scared and trying to keep a control on my budget. I went into hare honda and was assigned to “jimmy”. At first he read me well. He showed me cars that were in and out of my budget. When we walked out into the parking lot he showed me a two door Honda Accord EX-L which I test drove and fell in love with. After two hours I was ready to ask for a decent price. I googled and it turns out that the price was over the market value it was being offered at in second hand market. So I bargained. At first they said let’s see what we can do. I appreciated the fact that they were at-least taking a look into it. Three hours passed. I talked to a manager, another manager and waited. 4 hours passed, jimmy comes back and tries to convince me to buy the car. 5 hours pass, they tell me that I can’t finance the car and that by end of 8 months I need to pay all my dues. They say it’s gonna cost approximately 3000$ f Per month. Then... the finance guy walks in and gives me numbers for leasing a new car which 35k and waaaaaaay out of my budget. I was ok still and patiently dealing with the situation even though my time was wasted with all this hassle and lies. The ending of this situation was the climax and it got me to hate hare Honda. Jimmy the sales guy had the audacity of telling me that “just because you want it doesn’t mean that you will get it”. I just blinked. Is that how you should talk to a customer who just spent 5 precious hours with you? After you trying to dupe the xxxx out of the Situation by trying to sell a new car? Is that how you treat your customers...? By telling them that they can’t get they want after spending hard earned money ? I literally loathed him for saying that to me because I sure as xxxx was getting what I want. The next day he calls me. I repeat the same price to him and he repeats the same xxxx to me “just because you want it doesn’t mean that you get it”. So I guessed that’s what Hare Honda’s motto should be. I turned my eyes towards Enterprise car sales instead. Their service was much faster and easy. I mean anything compared to this xxxxty experience would be good I guess but I definitely would discourage anyone from walking into this location. More

service just had service performed and asked to have interior cleaned since we purchased that package. they did not do it. didn't give any explanation and gav just had service performed and asked to have interior cleaned since we purchased that package. they did not do it. didn't give any explanation and gave us a free courtesy car on our next oil change. whoopee. also charged us $30 for taking our appointment. I have a real problem with that. our last few appointments have been below par. the salesperson that we bought the car from is named Milton and he's a great salesman. we have purchased 5 vehicles from him, 4 hondas and a Toyota. i guess its time to start looking elsewhere and give some other service department a chance. Bait and switch This dealership is incredibly shady. I called in and was quoted a price. It all started with the recall on the 2018 odyssey called to schedule and appointment for Saturday husbands takes van in on Saturday was told it would take over four hrs and need to reschedule for a loaner car. That service took almost 11 hrs instead of four. Left child’s Taekwondo gear bag in the trunk no call from Honda that they found it and when I called about it they don’t even know were the loaner car is not the bag. Door now doesn’t open from the inside at all. Worst dealership ever Update I was able to contact my salesman Evan and Hare worked hard to locate my sons bag and fix the issues thank you to Evan for helping out he is the reason I decided to buy the Honda Odyssey due to his friendly and helpful demeanor. Thank you again for the help means the world to my son. More
