I live over an hour away from this dealer! I phone in for an appointment last week. I hit a Vulcher and it damaged some sensors. I went for my appt. today and waited in line for 10 minutes. When they got to me, they told me I would have to leave the car for 1 to 2 days, as they would have to do diagnostics on it. I hadn't made arrangements to leave it. Why didn't they tell me this when I made the appt.? I wasted 1/2 day because they didn't tell me this, so I had to make another appt. and arrange for transportation. Poor way to a company to do business. Crap like this will make me purchase vehicles close to home. Poor Customer Service More
I don’t have enough good adjectives to describe my new car buying experience with Milton. This was the easiest least stressful time I’ve had in buying a new car in my life. I was originally interested in car buying experience with Milton. This was the easiest least stressful time I’ve had in buying a new car in my life. I was originally interested in another brand of cars but was turned off in my experience with that particular salesman. I had been considering an Accord hybrid but wasn’t sure about driving out to Hare since they didn’t have a color that I would consider. But I drove out there anyway and decided I would test drive one. Thanks to Milton, I walked out that day with a new car! He went out of his way to make sure I had the color I wanted the next day. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as I only wanted to deal with Milton. He was so so helpful and I just felt an easy connection with him through the process. Everyone there was so kind through the whole process. I will definitely do my service for new vehicle here rather than the Honda dealer that is closest to me. So happy with my new Accord hybrid! More
