Easy, no haggle experiance I arrived at the dealership with my Yukon XL looking to trade it in and purchase a smaller used SUV. Upon getting out of my car Graham approached my f I arrived at the dealership with my Yukon XL looking to trade it in and purchase a smaller used SUV. Upon getting out of my car Graham approached my family and I and was very helpful when i handed him my list of vehicles i wanted to see. He quickly retrieved a key for every vehicle on my list and allowed be to test drive one after the other. He made sure i considered each one in detail and did not pressure me one way or another. He was very knowledgeable regarding warranty and Certified Pre Owned information. I was able to test drive 5 different SUV's in a timely manner and never felt rushed. Once I chose the 2016 Chevy Traverse everything moved quickly and without the back and forth you get at many other dealerships. Not only did they pay off my Yukon but i left with a newer SUV and lower payment. Thank you so much Graham for all your help and making this my best vehicle purchase to date! More

I dropped in to the Hardy Superstore, expecting the same response as I did from the other lots, (which was come back with your husband). I was simply not the case. I was pleasantly surprised. My salesmen, Jerome and Garham, were awesome, They were both very friendly very helpful and very patient. Garham and I worked out a deal and I bought my car!!!!
