As I approached the lot of Hardy Ford, Bill Mays came to me and introduced himself to me and asked me if he could help me. I responded, "I am just looking for now." He began telling me what he had to offer and different things about the truck. He was very helpful and very courteous and not pushy and seemed to be a man of his word. When I began to make the trade, the whole Ford Team was so helpful. They were very courteous and very kind and helped me buy the exact truck I wanted. I had been to 4 other Ford dealers and another one in North Carolina and kept coming back to Bill Mays because he was the most helpful and seemed have the best knowledge about the truck I was wanting to buy. I purchased my first vehicle from Hardy Family Ford in 2009 after relocating to Dallas, GA. I honestly did not believe their commercials inviting folks to become part of the "Hardy Family", I just thought 2009 after relocating to Dallas, GA. I honestly did not believe their commercials inviting folks to become part of the "Hardy Family", I just thought it was the right, nice thing to advertise. But here I am now, 4 years and 3 vehicle purchases later, a Proud Member of The Hardy Ford Family. I currently own a 2012 F-150 FX Pick-up and a 2014 Explorer "Limited". I love my vehicles and Ford products, but the icing on the cake is the way I am treated as a part of the "Family" at Hardy "Family Ford. If you choose to come visit this dealership please ask for Frank Velazquez (Tell him Kevin Sent you...LoL). You'll get to meet Ken Eckman & Don Lingo two of the best managers on the Sales side. However, you will be in the best of hands after your purchase if you ask to meet their Service Manager Terry Harris. Terry runs a tight ship with the best service representatives in the business. This was our first visit to this dealership, and by far it was the most pleasurable experience at a dealership that I have ever had.
