Disappointed I went to Hardy superstore after looking online and finding car i wanted to look at. I wound up buying the car, 2012 Toyota Avalon. Was to bring car b I went to Hardy superstore after looking online and finding car i wanted to look at. I wound up buying the car, 2012 Toyota Avalon. Was to bring car back for detailing as was raining when I bought the car.Within a few days I started hearing a “roaring” coming from left front end. In a week when took car back for detailing(which wound up just being a washing),I told salesman of roaring and took ride with him as he drove and of course he said he couldn’t hear anything and when picked it up after “detailing” was told could find nothing. Well, that roaring turned out(after taking car to mechanic)it was wheel bearings,which had to replace.I had also in first week noticed car jumping in brakes when stopping and was told “all front wheel drives do that”,well car is now in shop getting new rotors.If I had not of told the salesman of these issues I would just say”tough luck”, but these were brought to attention within a week of purchase.I went to Hardy cuz of there trustworthy reputation?? Ha!! More

Originally, the vehicle I wanted was out of my price range by a few thousand I went in the dealership with a set amount I wanted to spend each month. Originally, the vehicle I wanted was out of my price range by a few thousand but the salesman I worked with helped me get in the vehicle that I wanted at the price I could afford. Very disappointed Purchased 2017 Silverado. Vehicle has transmission. Brought truck in twice issue not resolved. Told by technicians the problem is with GMC. MEANWHILE Purchased 2017 Silverado.
