From the moment I walked in the Hardy dealership, all of the staff was extremely friendly. This is the 4th experience I have had at Hardy Chevrolet Buick GMC and, quite frankly, I would prefer not to go to the staff was extremely friendly. My husband and I went to Hardy wanting to buy a new Tahoe. Billy Barnett was our salesman. We told him we wanted a new black Tahoe with leather and navigation and how much we would like our monthly pa Tahoe. Billy Barnett was our salesman. We told him we wanted a new black Tahoe with leather and navigation and how much we would like our monthly payment to be. Billy didn't beat around the bush and was very straight forward. He told us that he couldn't get us a 2013 for the monthly payment we desired by he could get us a 2012, and that was fine with us! After looking on the lot there wasn't a black 2012 Tahoe so he found one at another dealership with chrome handles and grill( he knew that I had liked the chrome better than I did the plain black) and I was very happy about that because we would have settled for the plain black handles and grill. The Tahoe he was getting from the other dealership also had had cloth interior and no navigation system. He had leather and the navigation put in for us!! The navigation was free of charge and so was the installation!!!! We signed papers on Monday afternoon and the Tahoe was ready for pick up on Wednsday!!! Hardy is a great dealership and BILLY BARNETT is a WONDERFUL salesman!!! More

I have been to many dealerships and have to say that this was definitely one of the best experiences. We originally went to Hardy GMC early June and advised Robert that we would not be ready to buy until so was definitely one of the best experiences. We originally went to Hardy GMC early June and advised Robert that we would not be ready to buy until sometime in July. With most places I get harrassing phone calls weekly trying to get me back in. Robert did not call me until after the first week of July which if really appreciate. He did not harrass and was very willing to help us. Everyone was very nice and willing to do whatever they could to help get us into the new Terrain. We love the vehicle and all it has to offer. I would definitely recommend Robert and Hardy GMC to anyone. He explained the vehicle and gave me a tour of the facility where I met the service manager and others. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I look forward to driving my new GMC Terrain for a long time. And Thank you Robert for finding the one that I wanted. More

I went to Hardy Chevrolet just over 3 years into a 4 year lease on Scion. I wasn't expecting them to be able to work with me (inside my price point) because I was a bit upside down on the lease. In the end, they gave me a fair value on the trade-in and got me in the car that I wanted. Dante (salesperson) was low-key, honest and listened every step of the way. No one there was overbearing and they didn't try and press the gap insurance on me like so many other dealers have. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and will return for future business and vehicle service. It's worth the short drive out to Paulding County. More

The experience I had at Hardy GMC was very likely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Billy Barnett went above and beyond to make the typically stressful and nerve-racking morass of buying a best car buying experience I have ever had. Billy Barnett went above and beyond to make the typically stressful and nerve-racking morass of buying a vehicle pleasant. Billy had no problem dealing with my very particular and demanding requests and went so far as to be available to me late at night and even when he was off. It is very clear why Billy Barnett has spent the last 24 years selling cars, because he understands that the process is about making the customer feel as good after the purchase as they did before it. Like Mr. Barnett, Don Baines tolerated my numerous questions with great patience and worked with me to strike a deal that we found mutually beneficial. I felt more like a friend than a customer, and Don worked hard to get me a deal that left me feeling like I was satisfied with the transaction. Natalie connected me with Billy Barnett, and by doing so was the perfect liason between the unknowing consumenr and the educated expert. By being a conduit to individuals like Don and Billy, Natalie quickly realized what I needed and got me there. I was not a number to her, I was a friend, and she treated me as such. Overall these fine individuals did their jobs with such expertise and aplomb that they should not only be commentded, but these should be monitarily rewarded for their excellence.
