I went in to Hardy Chevrolet on a "spur of the minute" impulse to purchase a new car. Even though it was getting late and raining Jeremy and the staff at Hardy made me feel very welcome. Jeremy was very attentive, he did not hurry me along. He showed me every Cruze that they had....yes....even in the rain!!! Once I chose the car that I wanted Jeremy and the other gentleman began the paperwork so I could drive my new car home and I did!!! I have always heard about the Hardy Family and now I am proud to be a member of this "family"! They are genuine and they care about what I wanted as a customer and that's not all...thay have followed up with me on several occasions since my purchase to make sure that I am happy and to ask if I need anything. I highly recommend Hardy Chevrolet!!! More

Billy went above and beyond in earning my car buying business. I contacted Hardy for the credit program. I was able to get a great fianance rate and a fair amount for my trade. The problem was that we could not find a truck that met my needs and wants. After two weeks Billy came through. He kept in constant contact during that time and updated me on what stock he had several times a week. I've always lived in this area and have TRIED to deal with Hardy since 1987. I've purchased at least 25 cars since then - not one from Hardy until this one. Billy laughed and said "because you hadn't dealt with me".... There is probably something to that :) More

My experience with Hardy Chevrolet Service over a number of years has demonstrated your desire for honesty and a straight-forward approach to taking care of my needs. When I was forced by other circumstances to purchase a vehicle, I felt that I could not in good conscience go elsewhere. The team of employees in Service and the Collision Center earned that for your dealership. In talking with Rick Davis and Terry Wyatt, I found the same patience in dealing with my apprehensions at taking on this level of financial responsibility, and in choosing the correct vehicle to fit my long-term needs. Over a period of almost two weks, both gentlemen spent hours with me (and on the day I made the purchase, almost six hours) answering my many questions patiently and completely. During that period of time, I met and talked with several of your employees that I had not previously met. All of them - including Mr. Charles Hardy - made me feel welcome and that they were there to serve my needs, not just to sell me a vehicle. Hardy Chevrolet deserves the top ratings in each of the categories above because of its employees' desire to help the customer obtain what he needs, not what they want to sell. I have been very pleased to meet and work with everyone I have met at Hardy's, and I have felt more like a friend than a customer because of the years of fine service you have given me. More

Jason talked to us for a few minutes, which convinced us to come back the next day. When we arrived the next day, we met with Terty. He was great! Extremely helpful and very personable. Made my husband and i feel right at ease. needless to say i had a lot of questions-he was very patient. We met with Jason again to sign the paperwork. He was great as well. We are now living with me on Social Security disability; so, we were looking for a new car that could seat at least six people, for, our son, Scott, and our daughter (in-law), Brittany, are planning on havi so, we were looking for a new car that could seat at least six people, for, our son, Scott, and our daughter (in-law), Brittany, are planning on having,at least, two children; Marilyn and I are hoping for twins. Also, a car with style , comfortable riding, a must was leather seats for cleanup, and electric do-dads, Marilyn loves do-dads, also, anything else that would make driving back and forth to work, to entertainment, trips or whatever strikes our " lets go" attitude pleasant. We looked at several SUVs, comparing them to each other. Marilyn fell in love with the Buick Enclave and no other vehicle would compare to it. So, I called Mike Hardy and told him about the lady running a red light and totaling my 1988 Plymouth Voyager we had babied to make it last and become a classic. (One more year and we would have had a classic vehicle in the family.) Anyway, I explained our financial situation, my getting a S.S. disability check once a month and it being what I use to get in one pay period and we had to wait for my settlement money to pay everyone we owed which affected our credit scores and I was afraid would not let Marilyn get the SUV she wanted. Mike set us up with Billy Barnette who got Marilyn the Buick Enclave she wanted; naturely, I got her '02 Town&Country to replace my '88 Voyager. Billy introduced us to Jason who had us all set to drive off the lot with Marilyn's brand new 2012 Buick Enclave and she is still glowing. We are word-of-mouth people and believe-you-me, we are bragging about the Hardy auto dealership and passing out cards. The dealership has the same family type atmosphere as Ed Voyles Chrysler Plymouth had when we bought our first van from them in 1988. The only reason they got a "good" on pricing is the payments are a little more than we wanted because they can only go out 72 month and not 84. The total price of the SUV is acceptable for what Marilyn got on the vehicle and in it. When she told me that the girls at work (there are only women working there) oooooing and ahhhhhhhing about the Enclave, you could see her gushing with pride. Hardy Boys have done good.
