The worst experience! The customer service is nonexistent and the service manager Mike doesn’t seem to care unless he knows you. It has taken me 2 weeks to speak with him. Everyone I have dealt with gives you the run around. They have had our only vehicle for 4 months now and their latest excuse has been that “they have had to take parts off of other cars to complete this project.” That is absolutely terrifying and pathetic!
