My husband and I planned to make an end of year purchase on a new GMC Acadia and shopped several Atlanta area dealer internet sales, as well as Costco Auto. Several dealers respond for more than a day or t on a new GMC Acadia and shopped several Atlanta area dealer internet sales, as well as Costco Auto. Several dealers respond for more than a day or two and by that point we had moved on. Others bombarded our voicemail with repeat calls from multiple people at the same dealer within hours of each other.....beyond annoying. Sorry guys. Dusty at Hardy was the most responsive, prompt with responses and went above and beyond to get our vehicle from a dealer out of state. It was here and ready to go on New Years Eve! Love my new Acadia and very happy with purchase process and price. If you want to get in and out of financing quickly, go on New Years Eve! Finance was efficient and quick. In Nov. 2012 we purchased 2 new vehicles from Dan Worley. One was a 2012 Acadia. Recently I decided that I wanted to upgrade it to something with blind spot monitors & heated/cooled leather seats. I researched other dealers but decided to go back to Hardy. You know the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" , well that was how I felt after dealing with other places. I contacted Dan on Jan. 18 & told him there was an 2014 Acadia SLT2 that I was interested in. But that there was also a 2014 Traverse LTZ that caught my attention online and that I possibly liked that one more. So he told me to come on down. We drove to Hardy from Cartersville. By the time we got there, he had the keys pulled for the 2 SUVs that I was interested in and also had the Traverse warmed up for me ( IT was COLD outside). We took her for a test drive & decided that the 2014 Traverse LTZ was the car for me. With in an hour, I was driving away in my new SUV. This is definitely our go to place when it comes to buying a new car/suv. There is no pressure. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly & they actually remembered us from when we bought our other 2 new cars from them. Would recommend Hardy to anyone that is looking to buy a new vehicle. I then returned January 2014 to trade my car in for bigger and better and left with more than I could have ever asked for. I was very satisfied leaving and I couldn't have asked for a better team. I appreciated Mr. Walker listening to me and being able to sense that I already new what I wanted and didn't try to sell me on anything else. He wasn't pushy, he just sat back, listened, analyzed the situ to sense that I already new what I wanted and didn't try to sell me on anything else.
