They didn't try and tricks or play any games, just asked us if we wanted to see where we were at and what we needed to do to get what we were looking for early next year and turns out we'd already done everything needed and would've only gone up from where we were for a better interest rate, but the loan terms were a lot better than expected so we took the deal. This was by far the easiest buying experience we've ever had and thank the Hardy family very much for their easy to deal with dealership. More

So today I call and they transfer me to Ms. Terry who said she would call me back in 30 mins. 2 hours later still nothing. Oh and I was notified they ran a credit report. At least have the courtesy to contact your customers one way or the other. More

This is a sales and service review. I have no complaints. I did the family first, because my father is a retired Millwright from GM in Defiance, Oh. I first contacted Chuck about buying a new truck. He sent me some stuff. Then I was talking to Larry, and I decided to just order a truck. These guys were great! They understood what I was looking to buy and made it happen. They did not push any options on me or nothing like that. They wanted to sell me the product I wanted. I had to wait a while for my truck to arrive. I went down there, talked to Juan, great guy, wrote a check, and drove off happy! I just had it serviced. I have no complaints about the service department either. They did what they had to do. I called to make an appointment, and they said, just show up. That's beautiful. I luv my new truck, and I have a bad habit of holding on to vehicles a long time, I have a 2000 GMC Sierra, that I'm getting ready to hand down to my daughter, which was her Grandfather's truck to begin with. So, when I decide to move on from my current truck, I'm going back to Hardy and hopefully "talk to Chuck"! More
