With other dealerships, I have done that, and even when I get to the actual location, it ends up being an ALL DAY experience! Not enjoyable at all. With Hardy, it was the exact opposite. I did my typical research on the internet, and ultimately found the vehicle I desired at the Hardy GMC Dallas location. Chuck Walker and I exchanged a few emails, and maybe a phone call. In addition, Josh Quick and I spoke once. Once I decided it was the deal I wanted, I told Chuck to put together the paperwork and I would come pick up the vehicle. Melissa was extremely sweet and helpful on the phone when taking my information and setting an appointment with a salesperson for me to come in. When I arrived, she made sure she came over and introduced herself and helped find Nick to let him know I was there. Nick was very professional yet also friendly and personal. He cared about getting me what I wanted instead of what he wanted to sell me. I got there late and the banks were closed so we couldn't work on the financing so they let me take the truck home for a test drive and I went back the next day to finish up the paperwork. Their finance department worked all day with the bank to get me the best interest rate and payment so that, by the time I got there, all I had to do was sign everything and go. Very happy with my experience and will definitely be going back when my wife is ready to trade in her van. She's already eyeballing a few SUVs. :) More
