Service for oil change When I got there one man asked can I help you as he walked out the door. Another guy asked can I help you and I said I think the other guy is helping When I got there one man asked can I help you as he walked out the door. Another guy asked can I help you and I said I think the other guy is helping me. The next thing you know both guys were gone and then a third guy asked can I help you and he got my truck serviced. One and a half hours later I had my oil changed. If I was being charged for this service I would not come back. More
First Oil Change - Complimentary. Tire Rotation Not So Much. I bought my 2016 Silverado 3500 HD Dually and was told that the first 2 oil changes and tire rotations were included with the purchase price. Took it I bought my 2016 Silverado 3500 HD Dually and was told that the first 2 oil changes and tire rotations were included with the purchase price. Took it in for it first service only to find out that Duallys are not included. I was very disappointed and could see in the fine print that Corvette & Duallys were exempt, of course this was after the sale. I had Charlie explain to me what was involved with a tire rotation and understood that it was complex on a dually to perform this service. He did offer to rotate the front tires at least, so that helped and I felt better. I don't really blame the service dept and it was one of the deciding factors in deciding on a dually that the tire rotations were complimentary. I hope that more people don't fall into this trap at the sales desk. I bought the extended warranty, suppose I need to check the fine print on there too. Just an FYI. More

NOT GOOD Took my wife's Tahoe in for repair on instrument cluster, service writer called and said they couldn't install it because battery was dead. It cost $ Took my wife's Tahoe in for repair on instrument cluster, service writer called and said they couldn't install it because battery was dead. It cost $100 and $25 labor. I told him battery was not that old, but told him to go ahead. Took it in morning of 3-15-17' picked it up afternoon on 3-16-17. My wife drove it home, then to work and back on Friday. I look under hood to change oil, and discovered that the brace from fender, which goes directly over battery was loose, bolts in both ends were just stuck in holes and had not been tightened!! I drove back over to dealer went in and told the service writer, and showed him a picture of it, he just sat on his stool , didn't even come out and look at it, said he would tell manager, I asked if manager would call me, he said maybe tomorrow!! I drove home, manager called and told me he had talked to tech. and that he had got called off on another job, and that someone else was supposed to tighten it, BUT NO ONE DID!!! If it had fallen off, could have shorted out battery and caused a fire, or could have gone into fan?? Doesn't sound like anybody I talked to at Hardy Boys cares. Manager told me to bring it back and they would tighten it up, I I told him I was just there, so he said he would talk to service writer. Sounds like it's all talk and not doing a job that I had to pay for! VERY VERY Displeased with service It makes me wonder what else is loose, or not done correctly. I think it is the WORST place I have had my vehicle serviced!! More
