Hey just traded in my car for a new Ridgeline! Ted H was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made my time there very smooth. He let me take the vehicle home to show my wife. He was there way past closing hours, without complaint. Most of the staff were pretty nice. One thing happened during my experience I wasn’t a fan of. The vehicle I bought was a demo. This meant the vehicle was kind of dirty inside, which I was not worried about, because i assumed they would detail it and make it look brand new...well I told them before they started the detail not to clean the bed of the truck, due to all my belongings from car being in there. So they did not touch the bed, nor did they clean the center console inside, under the seats or the rear seats. They cleaned the exterior and little bit of the front. Like xxx.
