Throughout the years, I have seen Service Advisors come and go, yet their professionalism and quality of work has always remained stellar. This time Jeff Carey took care of my repair needs, and I can't say enough about his friendliness and attitude toward his work. I have to say after much experience with dealerships, these guys are very very good. Bottom line is that I had an issue with a squeaky window and they took care it immediately. Even though they fixed it..i think it's Jesse... ordered a new part for good measure AND called me in less than 3 days to let me know. Might not sound like much but as a I said before dealing with dealerships my whole life, this one definitely knows what they're doing. Insert smile face emoji More

My truck sat ate the repair center for over two weeks, the first week they did not touch it simply because they forgot it was there. This was not the first time I've had problems with repairs and advisors. I've complained to the service director, but all I received was apologies and they will work on it and it will not happen again. Till this day my truck still has problems, and I was told that the service advisors will call me once he gets a loaner truck he will call me. its been one week and still waiting for a phone call. They make it hard to stay an loyal GMC customer Sergio. More
