He had to order the part so they gave me a courtesy loaner to drive. Jesse kept me informed of the progress. As soon as the part arrived they had it installed and ready for me. Messed up my svc tire monitor again. Hate it. Every time you rotate my tires you mess up my svc tire monitor. Then you charge me for what you messed up. So very wrong to do this to your customers. Jeff Carey, my service advisor, patiently listened to me describe the problem, translated it into something the technician could make sense of, and explained to me why and what might be wrong. As their tech diligently worked on fixing the problem, Jeff kept me appraised of the status of my vehicle. They even asked if they could keep the truck over night so they could check it from a “cold start” in the morning just to be sure everything was right. Thorough, friendly, and customer oriented. Past experience with Hardin’s service department was among the reasons I bought another GMC pickup from this dealership, and they didn’t disappoint. More
Super Pros! Very efficient. Made an online reservation for a service check-up. Pulled up to the service center and handed over my car in a matter of minutes. Very efficient. Was checked in by Jesse who asked me a couple of questions and was then asked to wait in the waiting area. 45 minutes later, a lady advised me that my car was ready for pick-up. She also gave me an inspection service report attached and a complimentary wash. Super Pros! I'll be back in 6 months for my next check-up. More

Today’s technology makes it relatively easy to shop, compare prices to purchase a vehicle and get it serviced. The difference at Hardin is the effort to make customers feel like family and comfortable. The initial car purchase was painless, without pressure and unnecessary delays. Who wants to hang out at a dealership all day? Since then, taking the car in for services has been like going back to visit a relative. We own foreign made luxury brands, and I can’t say the same about the experience. The Hardin group has made this purchase worth the drive! More
