I selected Hardin GMC over 3 other GMC dealerships based on the knowledge and expertise of James Keys! Jim worked with me to order my truck from the factory in minute detail! Jim was unaware that this offer was outlawed in the state of California for some unknown reason! I was disappointed to learn this AFTER my truck was delivered! Furthermore, there were five dealer installed options that had not been installed on my truck as well. Fortunately, Jim and his staff promptly resolved this matter! I had about $3500 of work needed to be done from your estimated. I got it all done for $1400.
