I selected Hardin GMC over 3 other GMC dealerships based on the knowledge and expertise of James Keys! Jim worked with me to order my truck from the factory in minute detail! Jim took the time to answer all on the knowledge and expertise of James Keys! Jim worked with me to order my truck from the factory in minute detail! Jim took the time to answer all of my questions and assuage all of my anxiety during this process!However, there was one option I selected, roof marker lamps, that did not come on my truck. Jim was unaware that this offer was outlawed in the state of California for some unknown reason! I was disappointed to learn this AFTER my truck was delivered! Furthermore, there were five dealer installed options that had not been installed on my truck as well. Fortunately, Jim and his staff promptly resolved this matter! Except for the two hats that I ordered, which are to be delivered to me shortly. The rest of the staff at Hardin GMC were helpful, especially Denise Cunningham and Jeff Bass! More
I had about $3500 of work needed to be done from your estimated. I got it all done for $1400. Your diagnostic on what needed to be done was spot on with the exception of, I was told I need rear brakes an estimated. I got it all done for $1400. That was not right trying to get $450 out of something that really did not need to be done. More
