I have brought my truck in numerous times for electronic issue. (warranty work)They don’t seem to solve the problem. They say they can never duplicate the problem. After I leave the dealership, the same problem occurs.They.always have my truck for A minimum two days when I call in advance to make an appointment and ask them numerous times to get me some transportation, if they’re going to have my truck more than a day. they’ve always made sure I got a ride home . returning to the dealership, I always had to find my own transportation back to the dealership. when I pay for normal service, they get the truck in and out in one day. I have delayed on getting the extended warranty service and considering purchasing another vehicle vehicle for my wife More

From the first phone call I had inquiring about the vehicle I Purchased I had a great experience. I called and spoke to Russell, first off he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and had grea vehicle I Purchased I had a great experience. He took the time to explain and be fully transparent with over the phone which made me decide to go into the dealership to try and work out a deal. Once I got there he was once again very professional, extremely polite and hospitable showing me around the dealership before we sat down to get into the numbers for the purchase. Everything he had quoted me over the phone was exactly that no hidden fees, costs or anything of the sort. Very straight forward in fact he actually saved me some extra money with a Costco membership deal they were running. It was truly a breath of fresh air dealing with Russell. Now moving on to finance my experience continued. We met with Talia and let me tell you she was a delight to work with as well. Everything straight forward to pushy sales approach explained all the extended warranties and packages and even advised me on the ones to not get. Talia was very patient, professional and polite took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. I was overall extremely pleased and stratified with the staff and level of customer service from HARDIN BUICK GMC. I will always remember this experience and will think of this dealership first when I or someone in my family is looking to purchase our next vehicle. More
Needed my transmission looked at on my 2023 Sierra, they had me bring it in two days before Christmas and were able to replace the faulty part and get the car back to me the day after Christmas.
