Thumbs up! I was scouring the internet for a good deal on a new sierra. I was initially in the market for a SLT and wasn’t successful finding the deal I was hop I was scouring the internet for a good deal on a new sierra. I was initially in the market for a SLT and wasn’t successful finding the deal I was hoping for. Then Woody sent me an email with some deals in it, and i liked the looks of a Denali deal they had. I asked him to work it up, and it was a better deal than i was getting quotes for on SLTs at other dealerships. So we went down to the dealership, met with Woody, test drove the truck, filled out some paperwork, and the deal was done. In and out in less than 2 hours. No surprises, no shenanigans, just a good deal with an honest salesman! I highly recommend this dealership if the rest of the sales staff is as professional as Woody. More
Lifespan of new battery I had a new battery (under warranty) installed in my buick verano on August 20, 2018 by your service department. It has been approximately 1 year and I had a new battery (under warranty) installed in my buick verano on August 20, 2018 by your service department. It has been approximately 1 year and 3months since that installation and I have had to replace that battery for another new one on 11/19/19, one in which I paid for. To my understanding, a battery's life span is between 2 to 5 years. Clearly the battery (warranty) that was installed in 2018 did not fulfill its approximate usefulness. I was told that "the alternator tested well", so the alternator is not the issue. I feel as if the battery under warranty that was installed in 2018 was either a defective battery or a refurbished one. I am not pleased at all that I had to replace that battery so quickly. It appears to me that this should not have been the case! Overall, your service center is satisfactory and the interaction that I have had with 3 of your service department representatives is also satisfactory. So the low star rating is just in regards to this battery situation, not for anyone personally. I have only listed names, because I am not able to submit this comment without completing all sections. More

Round 4 This is our 4th car purchased at this dealership in the last 4 1/2 years. The dealership is always clean and has a nice inventory. However, the real reason we keep coming back is Gordon Jackson, the sales manager. He always makes sure we are taken care of. He knows how to take care of customers. Note none of this is meant for our usual service writer who could use some customer service training, especially regular customers who are GM retired employee family members. More
I just want the money back that it cost me that my car towed I came to your dealership to have a key made for my Buick. I had the car towed in at my expense I went to your counter and I had a key made it was a P I came to your dealership to have a key made for my Buick. I had the car towed in at my expense I went to your counter and I had a key made it was a Pat's key your service advisor took the key and told me that it was going to cost me to have it programmed. I got a call back from you service advisor letting me know that they Mission key was not the same one that came with the car and the key was not going to work and that all the door locks had to be changed and ignition key reprogram de and re exchange for a new one. They were only going to charge me at this point the money for the tech to go online and find the key cut, and the money I spent on the key was no good because the key was wrong cut. I I told the Texas replace all the door locks at back lock and ignition switch was too costly I was surprised by the tech that was only $50 my cost at that time for contacting GM for the key cut, so I came down and picked up the vehicle and had it towed back home. After getting it home I called a locksmith who came out and told me that they in fact those were the original door locks and the xxxxxx ignition switch and in fact he did make a key for it and the keys that I had who are the original door locks and keys at the dealership just didn't know what they were doing and cut the keys wrong he then took his key and place it up against the key that your guy haircut and for me that you guys just cut them too deep and didn't know what they were doing he didn't program the key and I had a new key made for my vehicle that fit the doors and ignition switch post at a cost of $140 so I am now asking to have my money returned to me for the key that I paid for at the desk and the Towing charge all because your text didn't know what he was doing and if you need to see that for sure I'll bring your keys and the new key back and you will see that they are the same cut it's just that your guy did it wrong please let me know when I can pick up my money kind of xxxxxxxx me and put new key locks on my doors replace ignition switch and charging you all that money would have been a rip off! Thank God there's some honest people out there so I had to have the car towed down and the car towed back and a key made that I need to be introvert greber score for your mistake let me know as soon as possible I'm not going to let it slide that was a scam by your dealership I'll post this if you need to More
