Where do I start ? From the very first phone call Felix understood my concerns, set the proper expectations and kept my whole transaction truthful, and that is unheard of when shopping for a car. I literally drove past 10 GMC dealerships that were closer and more convenient for me just because of the way that Felix conducts business. Like I said I can’t say this enough he is such a tremendous asset to this company and I hope he is receiving all the recognition he deserves. If I’m management I’m taking a hard look at Felix and his growth with the company because this guy should be the standard for every other salesman, I would even go as far as having him become a trainer.
