Scheduled a 1 pm appointment and was told my key set up would be about 1 hour. Due to staff being at lunch they didn’t even start until after 1:45 pm. Over two hours later my spare key fob was set up. Wish More

My car sat in the parking lot for over an hour (I had a set oil service appointment) and employees were standing around texting and with minimal customers. When I inquired as to when my car would be ready they immediately started the oil change and half washed the car that I was embarrassed to even park my own car on my driveway.
