Came form sacramento to Anaheim to buy the telluride, started off rocky road closing and couldn’t make it there’s the first week, they held the vehicle for me, & we were able to get the car the following started off rocky road closing and couldn’t make it there’s the first week, they held the vehicle for me, & we were able to get the car the following week. They made it super eas, Sent me the papers to have filled out when we got there, estimated my trade in over phone. And was in the dealership 30 min tops! Would absolutely do business with them again! Gio and Woody were great to work with. The financing manager has an attitude problem when comforting his mistakes and questions of ethics. Running a credit check for the reason of trying t The financing manager has an attitude problem when comforting his mistakes and questions of ethics. Running a credit check for the reason of trying to get the bonus of credit check and using their financing when it was explained twice, once verbal and once in writing that we had pre approval and we’re not going to be using the dealers financing. But still presented is with their offer and rates, leading to a fiasco of finding original approval through our bank. More
