I have brought my truck in numerous times for electronic issue. (warranty work)They don’t seem to solve the problem. They say they can never duplicate the problem. After I leave the dealership, the same problem occurs.They.always have my truck for A minimum two days when I call in advance to make an appointment and ask them numerous times to get me some transportation, if they’re going to have my truck more than a day. they’ve always made sure I got a ride home . returning to the dealership, I always had to find my own transportation back to the dealership. when I pay for normal service, they get the truck in and out in one day. I have delayed on getting the extended warranty service and considering purchasing another vehicle vehicle for my wife More

Once I got there he was once again very professional, extremely polite and hospitable showing me around the dealership before we sat down to get into the numbers for the purchase. Everything he had quoted me over the phone was exactly that no hidden fees, costs or anything of the sort. Very straight forward in fact he actually saved me some extra money with a Costco membership deal they were running. It was truly a breath of fresh air dealing with Russell. Now moving on to finance my experience continued. We met with Talia and let me tell you she was a delight to work with as well. Everything straight forward to pushy sales approach explained all the extended warranties and packages and even advised me on the ones to not get.
