My 2022 Buick Envision showed an alert stating 'Service Suspension System .' At first I ignored the warning. Since I just leased the vehicle in May, I thought it was safe. As the alert persisted I contacte Suspension System .' At first I ignored the warning. Since I just leased the vehicle in May, I thought it was safe. As the alert persisted I contacted the dealership and made an appointment. Unfortunately a part was needed and had to come back. The first return appointment conflicted with my schedule. Another appointment was made but weeks later. This time the cat had to stay at the dealership for 3 days and no replacement vehicle was offered. Instead I was ubered home (actually Lyft). Returning to the dealership 3 days later and had to pay for the part $100+. The car has less than 5,000 miles and was a leftover from 2022. The car spent months on the dealership's lot but when the problem was identified (rodent damage) it was my fault. The damage caused by rodents could have been from rats or squirrels who reside adjacent to the dealership. More
