Great experience! This was my first time using Hardin. There is a dealer much closer to me but, after repeatedly experiencing poor service I decide to try elsewhere. Every person I came in to contact with was friendly and professional. They all seemed to genuinely appreciate my business and their job! Jesse was my main point of contact and he was an absolute pleasure. Very thorough! I especially appreciated that every time I walked in the door he remembered me and called me by name. In addition to my routine maintenance I needed to purchase a replacement part for my vehicle. Jesse saw it through from start to finish and, after a slight glitch due to paint color, he even offered to have the part delivered to me in person. Thank you so much, Hardin Buick! I highly recommend and I'll be back! More

Hardin Buick / GMC, It’s the people that make the difference I had my appointment on Monday, September 16th for my second free oil change and tire rotation for my 2018 GMC 1500 Sierra 4x4. I’m planning on taking I had my appointment on Monday, September 16th for my second free oil change and tire rotation for my 2018 GMC 1500 Sierra 4x4. I’m planning on taking a road trip in early October. The plans include towing my buddy’s travel trailer. I had some questions about towing capacity. As I was walking into the showroom I saw, Hardin’s Service Director, Walter Cadman dropping of the morning donuts! I asked him if he had a moment to answer questions about towing capacity for my truck. He was very friendly and invited me to head back to his office to get the details on my truck. He brought me back to the area that the towing chart was posted. The chart wasn’t there. So, we went back to the Internet department and Walter introduced me to the Internet Director, Dan Leatherman. we got on the computer and they took the time to explain, not only towing capacity but showed me a video of how the braking system on my truck works etc. These two gentlemen not only understand customer service they “live it”. I highly recommend Hardin Buick/GMC because it’s the people that make all the difference. Thanks again Walter and Dan! More
