Shortest repair warranty in the business!! March 2015 I was in town on family business and my sisters Tahoe had a water pump fail. We decided to call the local dealer and have it fixed right. T March 2015 I was in town on family business and my sisters Tahoe had a water pump fail. We decided to call the local dealer and have it fixed right. They were able to get right on it and service was great. So aprox $700 later she was on the road. Approx 8 mos. later the water pump failed again. So we called Harchelroad motors to find out the parts and labor warranty expired at 12k miles REALLY!! So I did a little research here at home and found dealership warrantees to be considerably better and independents to be even better than that! Some even lifetime! Not one had 12mos 12k miles. The nada considers 15 k a year to be low miles. So if you don't plan on leaving Imperial or driving your car at all take it on down to Harchelroad for good service and a xxxx poor warrsnty More

I was very please with the willingness of Cody to answer my phone calls, and text messages that occurred randomly throughout the day. I was trying to locate parts, and programming for this repair. I was also pleased that Cody and Sid, Owner, were able to help me resolve my issues in time for the car events.
