Nice job Harbro. My brake calibrator seized and burned out a brake pad and rotor. They took it without an appointment and set me up with a rental. Mark and Andres in the service department are fantastic to work with. Needed to have the rear brakes on my Edge replaced and they explained the whole process and did the work as scheduled. Some time ago, the wife and I stopped by one of the larger dealerships a couple of hours before closing, and we were swarmed by three sales people. They were actually trying to intimidate us into purch larger dealerships a couple of hours before closing, and we were swarmed by three sales people. They were actually trying to intimidate us into purchasing the first vehicle we looked at by close that night. After escaping from there, I thought I might want to look into getting a vehicle online. I decided to stop by Harbro in Webster after looking up some reviews and seeing their philosophy on their website. The experience there was like night and day. The first person I bumped into talked to me for about 20 minutes, had lots of knowledge and gave me all sorts of great info on some different vehicles and what might fit my needs. Turns out he was one of the service guys and said that the sales person was on the road and due to be back shortly. We talked some more until the sales person showed up and he was great also. There was no high-pressure or anything like that, just lots of great help and info. More
