They bend over backwards to make sure you understand your options, and somehow always resolve your problem for you quickly and satisfactorily. I will go nowhere else for service, and nowhere else to buy a car. Anywhere else I've ever done business, I've felt I had to be wary of double-talk and watch out for the gotcha that comes along in every deal. At Harbro, I feel that they are upfront and honest. I was originally introduced to Harbro back in 2006 when I purchased my 2003 Honda Accord from their Webster dealership. The sale was smooth and I didn't feel like I was forced into purchasing a vehicle that purchased my 2003 Honda Accord from their Webster dealership. After the intial purchase, I decided to bring this vehicle along with my mini van for preventative work and have been taking both vehicles to the Webster service center religiously. The customer service is impecable and the service mgr, Kent, explains the work done and goes out of his way to ensure that I'm not paying or have had to pay for work that's not needed.
