I bought my car her and came with 3 free oil changes. I asked for a tire rotation and they didn’t charge me. I meant to ask them to plug a tire that I knew there was a screw in, but forgot to ask. The mech asked for a tire rotation and they didn’t charge me. I meant to ask them to plug a tire that I knew there was a screw in, but forgot to ask. The mechanic that worked on my car must’ve seen the screw and not only did they not charge me for the tire rotation, but took it upon themselves to plug the tire that I also was not charged for. If you are buying a used car or simply need service I highly recommend them for both!! More

Once again Harbor made getting my oil change super easy and to fit within my schedule. As always they give you the option to come and wait, drop off your car that day or to do what I did and drop it off th and to fit within my schedule. As always they give you the option to come and wait, drop off your car that day or to do what I did and drop it off the night before. The night drop off is well light in the front of the building and very well marked. The key drop is very secure and also allows you to see that you keys are safely inside the building. Once my service was completed I received a friendly call letting me know the location of my car and asking if I’d like the keys left within or held in the office. I know some people are still shy seeing people face to face so that was a nice option. The service was done as quoted and the drivers side floor mat had a provocative paper keeping the cars floor clean and dry. I bought my car from them, have service done through them and as long as there customer service remains the same I’ll be a customer for life. More
