Harbro service is great. Fast and dependable. If I have any issue from an oil change to brakes. Calling to make an appointment is easy and I can drop off the car the night be Fast and dependable. This was not my first rodeo in purchasing a car, so I've always leery about car salespersons....This time however there was no need as Jon was excellent. He was friendly and professional making for a pleasant "no pressure" experience. Just asking simple questions to help define what type of vehicle I was looking for, never asking if I was financing or trading in my old car. By far the best car buying experience I have had. I will happily recommend HARBRO to family & friends. I did not rate the Sales & Service department because I dealt directly with Jon Chesley throughout the entire purchase of my Honda Ridgeline, and had no direct interaction with them. I am sure I will for any future maintenance I have. More
