I was disappointed in a recent car repair experience. The wrong part was put in my car which caused a grinding noise and some damage to the interior tire wheel. I brought the car back and they did correct it immediately and provided me with a car to use while they repaired mine. It would have been nice to have been offered a free oil change or something for the inconvenience and time this cost me. I was hoping Harbro could be the reliable place for me to keep my old car running smoothly. More
