Shortly after i moved to uxbridge i recieved a letter from Harbro Service and Sales. It was a coupon offering a FREE oil change to "our new neighbor". Obviously i wasnt going to pass up the offer, but i did expect to be treatd as a "free" customer. I thought i'd be put off, served last after paying customers, or coaxed into signing some service contract and such. To my suprise, i was not, i was given promt and friendly service and treated with respect. While waiting for my service to be completed, i took the time to read the letters posted around thier office. I was suprised to see how many "thank you" letters from various people, for various reasons, there were. I was even offered a coffee while i waited. I am very pleased w. the way harbro does business, and will continue to use them for all my service needs. More

I was searching for a particular hard-to-find vehicle to replace my wife's used Honda. I put the feelers out with several dealers. I researched the vehicle on the internet and had a general idea of the cost (compared with ones found several miles away). Harbro beat ALL other offers by almost $1000. Harry found me the Perfect vehicle, the perfect price and a phenomenal, cost-effective extended warranty. I cannot express how happy my wife is (Lucky me!!) with her new vehicle. We have had no problems and our maintenance service has been professional and timely. When looking for my next vehicle, I will most definitely use Harbro again. I am a medical courier and put 85,000-90,000 miles a year on my vehicle so I trade in every 3 years or so. I have also recommended Harry and Harbro to several of my co-workers and will continue to do so. I cannot say enough about this company and its employees from the owners on down. More
I first heard about Harbro Sales and Service from a friend approximately fifteen years ago or five cars ago, soon to be six cars. By the time, I purchased my third car Mike new exactly what I wanted for a vehicle and what price range would interest me. I never even took my fifth car for a test drive. In fact, I was not even looking to purchase a new vehicle at the time, but I bought it anyway. Yes, he is that good! The car fit like a glove. When I get ready for my sixth car (soon, maybe spring) all I have to do is tell him I am looking, he will do the rest. Second thing was the service, which is second to none. One phone call to set up the appointment, drop the car off and pick it up. In all the years I have dealt with Harbro never once have I questioned a repair. If it needs it they fix it, if not they leave it alone. They will never try to sell you something you do not need. I have been recommending them to everyone I know looking for a great deal for years. I purchased my 2nd Jeep Wrangler from Harbro recently, and as in my past experience, I was extremely impressed with the way I was treated from the moment I stepped on the lot to test drive the car. Harbro was fantastic. They fixed every thing requested in the car as far as even traveling to Florida to add the missing parts that were asked to be fixed upon sale. Mike, and Harbro in general, are not selling/servicing cars, they are selling/servicing a RELATIONSHIP! Honesty, Integrity and Knowledge are words that come to mind. Mike listened to me, understood me, gave me options, gave me the truth. He cared about me, Harbro cares about me. Yet I know that Mike/Harbro would care about anyone who would come thru their door. Go see them! You will not be dissappointed!! That being said, lets talk a little about what they did for me specifically. I came in at whits end, sat down and advised Mike of my situation (no money down, no financing so far, no car, two young kids and my girlfriend to get back and forth to work......just lost), he took careful mental note of the situation and what I wanted. He put me in a 2007 Chrystler Town and Country within literally minutes...not hours....minutes..with financing, with an unmatched extended warranty, with better knowledge of what I should do, what can be done and the benefits of it all. We are not talking about an man who is working for a commission and will do whatever it takes, he worked from his heart to get my family and I back on our feet AND gave us MORE to reassure us that if anything goes wrong they would be there to help in the future as well. In fact, Mike does what he does for the integrity of the business, not to make a commission. I will never shop, or suggest to another to shop, for a vehicle from anyone else other than Mike Hare and Harbro Auto ever again.
