If you want a fair deal with really good service, this is the dealer for you. They stand behind their cars 100%. I may never by a new car again as long as dealerships like this one are around. Mike and the staff are great to deal with. This is our second used car purchase. If you find anything wrong, they go out of their way to take care of it. Took my Audi in to have an exhaust leak and rear brakes looked at. Was told I needed a complete new stainless steel exhuast - $1500. a second shop replaced three bolts, three nuts and did it in 30 minutes looked at. Was told I needed a complete new stainless steel exhuast - $1500. a second shop replaced three bolts, three nuts and did it in 30 minutes. I would have gladly paid $100 for them to fix the exhaust. Stainless steel exhaust systems don't rust through. The other shop was also able to do the brakes for $200 less than Harbro quoted. --UPDATE-- To their credit, I did receive a phone call from one of the owners (Mark Hare) regarding this review and he wanted to hear about my experience directly. Clearly he was quite concerned and assured me that steps would be taken to ensure this wouldn't happened again. This review is based on my experience with this dealer, but as they say: "Your milage may vary." More

Mike & Tim Harr are the most professional, friendly and honest people that I have ever met! I had bought a Jeep Cherokee from them which I loved! I have recommended several people to Harbro because of their outstanding service! They are not your "typical" used car sales people! Give them a try! If they don't have the car you are looking for, they will go out of their way to find you one! Plus, what other used car dealer offers a 30day satisfaction gaurantee? In all our years of buying vehicles, we have never been treated like human beings. The people at Harbor where very helpful and ready to be there with any questions or concerns we may have had. Took my truck in and repaired it the same day. My alternator burned out and I had to get a tow. Harbro has always been honest and easy to work with, They also gave me a heads up on a broken shock, wh alternator burned out and I had to get a tow. Both my husband and I would recommend Harbro highly to anyone for any buying reason. We sing their praises to anyone who will listen and cannot wait until our children are ready to buy their 1st car. My husband and I were in need of a vehicle and was referred to go to Webster at Harbro for a rental car.Tim was very helpful and very friendly and assisted us.
