My car buying experience has never been so enjoyable. The customer service was excellent from the second I asked the first question about the vehicle that I was interested in ( that's right...I wasn't approached and hasseled like all of the other dealerships) Tim went above and beyond what I had ever experienced before to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. He made it clear to me that if they didn't have the vehicle, they would get it. The quality of the vehicles that Harbro has available on their lots are incomparable to what I have seen in my 10 + years of purchasing new and used vehicles throughout Massachusetts. I have already recommended this dealership to several of my friends and family members only two days after I purchased the vehicle. I am that extremely confident in their dedicated service to me as a customer and the care of my vehicle.
