Bought a 2003 Avalon which looked to be in excellent shape. Got an excellent price on my trade. Had a problem with the Avalon - started smoking. I've NEVER had a better car buying experience. Harbro changed my very negative opinion of car dealerships and the buying process into a positive and fun, yes fun! event. When he didn't have the car we wanted on his lot, he didn't try to sell us what he already had; he went out and looked for the model and make etc that we wanted. Recently we asked for his help and although we've moved to northern NH, he offered us help and assistance and even found the truck we were looking for very quickly. Mike, Mark and Heather went above and beyond for a member of my family, a soldier in the US Military. Corey had only a few hours to find, finance and take possession of a vehicle in order that he may pack up this new vehicle and report to a new duty station. It was an emotional day for the family; as we had a short 24 hours with our soldier. I honestly believe that Mike, Mark and Heather treated Corey with a spirit of integrity that is not often seen these days. This team has a commitment to it's customers and community that we could all take a lesson from.
