Purchased my vehicle in October. Had a few small issues that Harbro took care of for me at no charge. Offered me a loaner while my car was being serviced. Had my first oil change (which was free). I would like to commend Kent Leber on his ability to run the Service Department at Harbro. Although, the Sales Department is great it is actually Kent and the service I receive that keeps me coming back tim the Service Department at Harbro. He runs an efficient department, keeps appointments on time, and always recommends repairs when needed. In fact, when he left Webster to work in Whitinsville and I followed him there, which was further for me, but I trust him to get the job done right the first time. What else could you ask for when dealing with financial matters in this dire times I asked many questions about how the work was to be done and how much and also changed my mind but still she kept to her guns.
