I went in to Harbro Auto sales on a whim to try out the service department. I just went in for an Oil Change and to my Surprise I was told that I had some clips on the underside missing. Just an awesome experience purchasing a car at Harbro. I'd been looking for 2 years to find the "right" '03 Mustang GT and they found the perfect car with only 35K miles. I got a great price and the car was ready exactly when they said it would be and it had been detailed to the point that it looked like it just came off the assembly line. Having taught customer service to many organizations over the years I know when an organization "gets it", from the initial visit to agreeing on price thru the delivery of the vehicle Harbro handled the transaction perfectly. Friendly atmosphere, informed personnel at every position, and delivered a perfect product on time, well done Harbro.
