it was time to finance my first car, and i had looked around to many different places. every dealership i went to had tried to scam/put a lot of pressure on/ me, and i could tell they didn't care about m around to many different places. every dealership i went to had tried to scam/put a lot of pressure on/ me, and i could tell they didn't care about me being happy and satisfied, just about making the sale. i was sitting in one dealership for over 3 hours! once i discovered harbro, i entered my financial information into the form online while i was at work, was approved with great rates and payments by the time i got there after work, and was greeted by genuinely happy people. dave was very helpful with the many questions i had, and heather created the awesome binder with answers to all and any questions i may have had remaining after i left, along with compiling all of the excessive paperwork that is necessary. i went there on a monday, and was driving away in my new chevy cobalt that wednesday. thursday i got a call from dave making sure i was entirely happy with my purchase, and friday i got a thank you card in the mail with a free oil change certificate. everyone here is completely dedicated to making sure you are 150% happy with everything involved in the car buying process, and dave was wonderful to work with. thank you harbro!! I went to Harbro to look for a used vehicle to replace my previous car after its engine had died, and Dave went far beyond my expectations in getting me a great deal on a 2008 Chevy Impala. Tony was a great salesperson. He was very helpful in that he told us to test drive as many cars as we wanted till we were completely satisfied. A couple months after we bought the car, a belt went bad that he told us to test drive as many cars as we wanted till we were completely satisfied. A couple months after we bought the car, a belt went bad in it and even though it was past the initial 30 day warranty period they fixed it at no charge to us. My 80 yr old mom from Oxford needed a car ASAP, after their very old clunker rotted out. My folks wanted to buy local and Harbro was suggested, as well as another dealer, by Mac's garage and a friend. I their very old clunker rotted out. I live in Holden and work allot. I did not internet access on the road and not much time. I called the Whitinsville dealership accidently and apoke to Tim. I told him what I was looking for, even though I really had no idea. I just know my folks remember liking Fords, were rather desperate without having a car, and could not afford much at their age. I asked about Ford Taurus and he said he had a 2000 model with 108K that was being sent to Webster. He told me Tony Waters would be the man to call, and he assured me he would work with me and take good care of us. Well, other than being so nice, friendly and patient, he gave us a very good price, and went above and beyond with accomodating us. Salesman always made me nervous and older folks always worry about being taken advantage of. My mom needed to take her time to get used to something so much bigger than what she had. She did not even want to get in the car and of course I drove it to test it out. We looked at only one other to compare in the area, and came right back and purchased the car from Tony. He took care of the running regarding registration etc. and fixed a few minor details to fix to make it perfect. That same day after I took folks to the doctors, we stopped by and his staff James followed us to Oxford to drop the car off and I drove James back. We were so thankful for this extra service you have no idea. The next day the registration came in and no one was available to pick this up. Tony asked James to drop the registration off when it came in - another very appreciated action for customer service you just don't find anymore. My mom wanted a manual which Tony ordered, and also made her a nice binder with all the cars information. Tony has a great, caring, friendly and honest attitude. We really enjoyed working with him. Also, the facility is so clean and very convieient for my parents to getting the car serviced there. She never thought she would own a red car at this age, but really likes it allot.
