Everyone did the best they could. I was told I had a 5 yr. warranty on all the parts....so I was not in a hurry to get this fixed under my 60 days...because we were waiting for a side I was told I had a 5 yr. warranty on all the parts....so I was not in a hurry to get this fixed under my 60 days...because we were waiting for a side mirror to be replaced. This heater was not working when I purchased the car. Then I was told it WAS NOT a part covered under the 5yrs warranty. I ended up paying $1300. Disappointing...but..it is what it is! It was a HUGE job....and the service department did everything they could to get this job done at the best price they could!!! More
