Eventually after 3 ca While scheduling the appointment I was hung up on while on hold and placed on hold a second time without even talking to anyone. Eventually after 3 calls to Harbor Nissan and 2 to Nissan corporate, I finally got scheduled for my oil change. It's through a Nissan service agreement otherwise I wouldn't have bothered with going to a dealership. I was told mornings were busy and might take up to a one and a half hours so I took their advice and scheduled for the afternoon. I arrived about 30 minutes early and it was a good thing that I did because they had no record of my appointment But they said not to worry because they weren't too busy and would "take care of me." I also took them up on their offer of a complementary car wash. At about the one and a half hour mark I inquired about my van which I has seen taken out of the service area about 15 minutes earlier. They said it was done and just getting washed. I asked again at after an additional 20 minutes and they brought the car around in another 5 minutes after that.. All-in-all, it took about a half hour longer than their worst-case morning scenario that I scheduled around. I noticed when I got home that the van still had bird poop spots on it (which I removed fairly easily) and the roof had not been washed at all. Apparently the free car wash is more of a side rinse. I would give them one star, but I guess it could be that the bad car wash caused some of the delay, although they didn't mention it when I took their offer. But considering all the hassles just to get the appointment which they didn't even record, the extra wait time and the bad car rinse, I think 2 stars is generous. More

They Helped Me Out Discovered a large screw in a wrong place on my tire and was not happy about having to get a replacement after only 21K miles. Called and spoke to Matt Cline who found that a replacement was in stock - and was ready when I got there. He also helped me get a better deal by signing up for the one on one rewards, which was brightened my mood considerably! The cashier who helped out was also very sweet and friendly - I wish I could remember her name, but she was from Hollywood, FL like me! They helped make a very bad day for me a lot nicer... More
