I must say that the service tech told me it would be 2 1/2 hours, he was correct. I was finally done the oil change at 11:30. Oil change should take roughly 3/4 to 1 hour NOT 2 1/2. Suggest that you either make oil changes first come first served or stick to the appointment time. More
