If you car has issues, you have the option to proceed with work and this is not one of the dealers that looks for ways to charge you for unnecessary work. Couldnt fix the Passat ? Air conditioning wasn't working on my 2013 Passat that I purchased at this dealer, with an extended warranty. So I brought it back for them to fix. I was told after having the car there for a day that they were not able to fix it ??. Service advisor could not diagnose the problem and I should take it to Volkswagen.No one that could understand the vehicles problem ??? This was hard to believe, Where is the customer service? Did anyone try to call Volkswagen for help on this. Just tell the customer to take it there it is easier.. Maybe I will buy my next car there? This was my 5th car I purchased at this dealer.......Not good. More
Service Agent was not very nice. I had A broken door handle. I arrived at the dealer at 12:25 PM, I was told it might take 2 hours just to get me in. I waited in the waiting room until 2:30 P M, I then went back I arrived at the dealer at 12:25 PM, I was told it might take 2 hours just to get me in. I waited in the waiting room until 2:30 P M, I then went back to the agent to inquire on the progress. He told me they just got A Tech to look at it. He seemed annoyed that I was asking. He told me I told you it was going to take time. He never once updated me the whole two hours, although he passed me several times. At 3:05 PM he told me it was completed, they replaced the broken handle, under warranty, he said he would mail the work order to my house. He didn't even tell me what was done, I had to ask him. I found him to be A very rude and uninterested person. He left me with A very poor image of this service Dept. This has never been my experiance at this dealer before. I was very patient, I waited the whole time, never bothered him at all, and even at the end of this visit he was leaving me with A poor rating of this dealership. I expected much better from the dealer, And as A Nissan owner, and future buyer of your dealership I should have been treated better! More

Nathan Gray in sales did not "pitch" to me but was honest I left there after buying my second car from this dealership that I had made a good deal with a good car. I do not trust anyone working on my car after this happen, except oil changes. and this is a new Nissan bought in 2014. More
My experience I have the website sticker on my truck, so I get free oil changes (up to 4 per year). I guess I get what I pay for, they only change the oil. They don't check any other fluids or filters or even check tire pressure and it took just over an hour to complete. My truck was on the rack within 5-10mins of me giving my key to them but it sat there for 30mins before it was even touched. In their defense, it was busy but I saw a couple techs standing around chit-chatting instead of working. Also, they have a very small parking lot with a large inventory of cars that make it difficult to navigate. If you're looking for the "full" oil change experience, you may want to pay the $30-40 somewhere else. If you're ok with simply a changing the oil and you have time to spare, this is the place for you. And I don't recall getting the name of the guy behind the counter, this survey made me select someone so I chose AJ because he was first on the list, not sure if he was the one I spoke with or not, if it wasn't, my apologies AJ. 3 of 5 stars More
