SLOWWWW Last year I tried to make an appointment for an oil change and was told appointments were no longer given. Upon arrival I was told about an hour wait. Last year I tried to make an appointment for an oil change and was told appointments were no longer given. Upon arrival I was told about an hour wait. It took 2 hours. I decided for the next one I would go elsewhere but I was called by a Nissan rep and said they could make an appointment for me, which I agreed to. I made the necessary personal arrangements but called and was told that they knew nothing of an appointment for me. We scheduled another for today. I went in a few minutes early and was told about an hour. After 2 hours I asked and was told they were just starting on it, though I didn't see it in the garage area.. I had already seen several people leave that arrived after me, so I decided I'd just change the oil myself. They told me it was now done. I asked if they had removed the electrical tape on the roof rack that they put on trying to locate a intermittent noise. He said he doubted they knew to remove it. That's interesting since it was him I mentioned it to when I checked in. Long story short, I am very unhappy with the service department. In the future I'll either drop off the car, change the oil myself, or take it to a mechanic. More

no longer recommend ! Just moved here last June from Ct. Been to Harbor Nissan twice. This time I Went for oil change and have other issues addressed. Was approached in waiting area by a salesman about possibly upgrading to new. Was bored so I walked outside with him. Meanwhile the service report had been removed by the salesman so the service dept. didn't recall what else I wanted checked. I finally told the salesman that I had to leave (2 hours after my service appt). The salesman gave me my keys. I went to my vehicle and realized I never got the service ticket, so I went back to service and they said the service tag had disappeared and my other issues were not addressed ?? He wasn't happy with the sales team either. The Salesman never told service they took the service ticket. I left there not happy with the sales people more than the service folks. Seems like sales will do anything to make a sale even at another departments expense. I don't plan to return to Harbor Nissan for service, and certainly NOT for sales. There is a Nissan dealer closer to my home anyways. More

Took 2 hrs to get oil change, WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Scheduled appt for oil change and tire rotation. Was also scheduled to see Joe Moore. Was immediately approached by sales person to trade in vehicle. Scheduled appt for oil change and tire rotation. Was also scheduled to see Joe Moore. Was immediately approached by sales person to trade in vehicle. After his rude and pressured approached, I firmly told him not interested. He STILL pushed further by sending me and E-mail. Took Mr. Moore 1 hr and 15 mins to finally meet. He was polite and answered my questions. Originally, I see was told to talk to Carmen Byrd. Then told "he doesn't talk with customers". Yet, ironically he was the reason for my 2 hr delay for oil change, as he held off on my vehicle service till after I spoke with Mr. Silva, and then was told no need for tire rotation, which was the root cause of all of the discord. I will take advantage of free oil changes, but will NEVER buy or recommend Harbor Nissan to anyone! More

OIL CHANGE AND SERVICE WASH I was greeted by Travis, who is always friendly and willing to help. My car was serviced and washed in a timely manner. I'm very happy and will always come back to Harbor Nissan. While I was waiting for my car, I spoke to Mike Wolfe regarding my car. The lease is almost up and he gave me several options. I will be purchasing my car in a month with Mike as my salesperson. More
